For forex traders
A forex trading journal that measures what matters
In forex, pip value depends on the pair, the lot size and your account currency, which is why so many journals get the money wrong. Traquil asks once, remembers, and measures every trade in R so pairs and sizes compare fairly.

What a forex trader needs from a journal
Money that is actually right
A pip on EURUSD and a pip on USDJPY are worth different amounts, and both change with lot size and account currency. Hardcoding one value silently corrupts the P&L.
Comparison across pairs
Fifty pips on GBPJPY and fifty on EURUSD are not the same trade. Measuring results against the risk taken is the only fair way to compare them.
Sessions that overlap
London, New York and the overlap behave differently. A journal should show you which one your setups actually work in.
The trades you should not have taken
Forex is open around the clock, which makes boredom trades and revenge trades easy. Those are the ones worth counting.
How Traquil handles it
Questions
Does Traquil support MetaTrader?
There is no direct MetaTrader connection. You can import a CSV export of your trade history, mapping its columns once, or drop in a screenshot of your history and check the trades it drafts.
How does it handle pip value?
It does not guess it. Pip value depends on the pair, the lot size and your account currency, so you enter what a 1.00 price move is worth once per pair, and Traquil remembers it. You can also enter the net P&L directly.
Can I trade forex prop firm challenges with it?
Yes. The Prop page works for any firm whose rules you can type in: drawdown type, daily loss limit, target, consistency rule and minimum days.
